What makes you nervous?

Nervousness is a common feeling that arises in response to certain situations.
Some individuals are more prone to experiencing nervousness than others. But In my situation, i am someone who easily gets nervous, filling a big role, giving a speech to a group of people who are higher than me in class or status, when venturing into a big task or role, when setting big dreams or goals, and hearing about poverty are likely triggers of absolute nervousness.

When filling a big role or task, it’s natural to feel overwhelmed and anxious about the responsibilities that come with it. Similarly, giving a speech to a group of people who are higher than me in class makes me feel intimidated and nervous about your performance. When Venturing into a big task or role can also be nerve-wracking, as it involves stepping out of your my comfort zone and taking on new challenges.
Setting big dreams or goals triggers my nervousness because it requires me to envision something that may seem beyond my reach.
The fear of failure is also a big deal in making me nervous, as I worry about not being able to achieve what I have set out to do.
Hearing about poverty is also a source of nervousness for me. It always reminds me of my own vulnerabilities and makes me anxious about my financial future.

Overall, it’s absolutely imperative to recognize and manage these feelings of nervousness in me because I have a long way to go in what I do.
I have been Practicing mindfulness, deep breathing exercises, and positive self-talk which has been so helpful in handling these situations and achieving massive success.
